Nate Watkins

As a player:

Grew up in Horseheads, NY & a three sport athlete for HHS. Was recruited to the University of Maryland, in 1998 for both football(qb) and lacrosse(mid).

All-American Midfielder while at Maryland and captain his senior season. In 2002 Nate lead the ACC in goals and was elected the All-Decade Team(2000-2010) for the Terps. Gold medalist for Team USA in 1999. Played 11 seasons in the MLL(2002-2013), his last 5 seasons with the Denver Outlaws. 

As a coach:

Coached at the Division 1 level, Maryland where he came up short in the Final Four. 

Division III Level, Whittier College where he lead the Poets to 2 NCAA tournaments and 1 Final 4. High School (Arapahoe/Mullen/Wheat Ridge) state championship in 2013. 2013 CHSSA Assistant COY. Coach Watkins has sent over 200 kids to NCAA lacrosse programs.

Kyle Lambert

Originally from Brentwood, NY, a 2006 graduate of Cortland State in Cortland NY. Kyle graduated as the all time leading goal scorer at Cortland. He was a two time captain, a 2006 National Champion, and a two time All American. Kyle’s coaching success includes two Conference Championships at Chatfield HS as well as an assistant at Long Island power house Smithtown East where his team reached the Suffolk County final 4 in 2013.

He is currently a coach for Columbine HS.

Peter Appenzellar 

Graduated from Monarch High School(2012)

Played lacrosse at Mars Hill University in Mars Hill, N.C., in 2013 and 2014 for head coach Dave Klarmann ... specialized in faceoffs at the midfield position ... as a freshman he appeared in eight games ... earned his first career point with an assist against Lenoir-Rhyne on 2/23/13 ... went 39-for-86 on faceoffs and collected 12 ground balls ... played in 13 games with nine starts as a sophomore ... earned an assist against Catawba on 3/16/14 ... won 102 of his 183 faceoff attempts ... collected 45 ground balls and caused four turnovers on the season.

Currently the Head Coach at Holy Family High School.
